JARVIS ISLAND, 1,500 miles south of Hawaii (1994)--The fishing vessel Haeng Bok No. 309 is under observation by a Coast Guard C-130 aircraft until the Coast Guard Cutter Mallow arrives on scene. The South Korean fishing vessel was caught illegally fishing in U.S. waters. USCG photo by R.N. Chaney.
